Te nderuar kliente te Host.al,
Gjate mbremjes se djeshme mund te keni marre 2 emaile te derguar nga llogaria jone paresore e supportit me permbatje qe do ju kete habitur te gjitheve. Behet fjale per nje nderhyrje te jashtme ne sistem, pikerisht ne seksionin e WHMCS qe mundeson panelin e klientit dhe sherbimeve te porosive te domaineve. Sistemi i WHMCS kishte nje bug qe tani eshte rregulluar dhe gjithcka eshte kthyer ne normalitet. Duke qene se ne nuk ruajme te dhena sensitive te klienteve ne kete panel, nuk ka arsye per t'u alarmuar dhe nese keni nje pyetje ju lutem dergoni nje email tek support-tek-host.al. Llogarite tuaja jane te sigurta, po ashtu dhe domainet tuaja.

Personalisht nuk e kam kuptuar kurre se pse dikush duhet te prishe dicka per te mos fituar asgje, megjithate ka njerez qe gjejne kenaqesi ne akte te ngjashme.

Ka shume faqe te programuara me ndonje gabim qe mund te shfrytezohet, historia po tregon qe dhe aplikimet me te mira mund te kene probleme sigurie e ne vend qe te shkaterroni, keni mundesi te ndihmoni.

1. Problemet duhet te raportohen direkt pa u bere publike -> tek support- host.al.
2. Problemet duhet te jene te nje faze kritike ku tregohet qe integriteti i nje faqeje mund te kompromentohet e jo minor-bugs
3. Te ofrohet log i plote mbi problemin per te asistuar ne zgjidhje.
4. Raportuesi nuk duhet te kete lidhje me faqen hostuese ku gjendet problemi
